Accessible Rooms
We have a range of rooms including one fully adapted disabled room located on the ground floor. Most of our access friendly rooms can be made up as either a twin or double room and we have a lift to the second floor. Our friendly and experienced staff are always there to help make your stay in our lovely hotel both relaxing and enjoyable.
Adaptations
As a family run hotel we care that every visitor can be as independent as possible and throughout the hotel we have strived to understand and cater for the needs of people with physical disabilities and difficulties because small adjustments can make stays much more comfortable. For example, on request we can provide raised toilet seats, a shower seat and a deaf aid, even loan out wheel chairs which will make a walk along the Prom something all can enjoy. We also allow assistance dogs into the hotel.
Communal Areas
All our communal areas such as lounges, dining room and bar are all on the ground floor. Wide ramp access enables everyone to easily enjoy what the hotel has to offer, from joining in with the evening entertainment held in the bar lounge, to looking out over the Bay and to the sunsets and the views or simply relaxing in the bar. We have so much here.
Access
The hotel has ramped access front and rear and Morecambe Promenade is right across the road (via pedestrian crossing) and offers level walking for almost six miles from Heysham to Hest Bank.
Whatever your needs our experienced staff and management are always friendly and are here to help.
