Terms and Conditions – Direct Bookings


At the time of confirmation a £50 per person deposit is required or if the booking is for one night, full payment is required.

Transfers and Refunds

All deposits are non refundable. A deposit can be transferred to a new date if changed 1 week prior to arrival and within 12 months of original arrival date. There is no charge if you wish to amend your booking.


Bookings cancelled within 1 week of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Closed due to COVID

In any instance where we are forced to close due to lockdown or any other reason linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, all bookings will be transferable up to 12 months from original arrival date.


VAT is included at the current rate unless stated otherwise.

Final Payment

The final balance must be paid upon arrival. We no longer accept cheques.

Festive Packages

At the time of booking your Christmas or New Year Package, a £100 deposit per person is required. This deposit is non refundable and non transferable. Final payment for both of these packages must be paid before the 5th November. Any bookings taken after this date will require full payment at time of booking. Final payments are also non refundable and non transferable. We recommend you take out travel insurance.

Dinner bookings

All half board bookings will be served from our Table D’Hote menu. A children’s menu will be provided for those under 12 years of age.


Children under 12 years of age will be charged discounted rates for meals. These meals will be child portions. If you wish to receive full size portions then you will charged full price.


We do not accept dogs unless they are assistance dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

Arrival and Departure times

Bedrooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival. Check out is by 10.30am for all guests. Late check out is £15 per hour. This is subject to availability and must be pre arranged with reception.

Special Requests

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil any special requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee to do so.

Special Requirements

Please advise us of all special requirements such as mobility or dietary needs at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Data Privacy

We respect and value your privacy. We will never pass your details on to a third party unless instructed to do so by yourselves.

Guest Behaviour

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Hotel procedures. We respectfully ask that guests do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Resort apart from designated external smoking areas.
Anyone found to have been smoking in the building will be liable for a cleaning fee of £150 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning. In addition any soiling or damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Damage caused by you or your party will be chargeable.


Parking is limited onsite and works on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve parkingv spaces. Alternatively there is a pay and display public car park directly opposite the hotel. Please note we cannot be held liable for any damage caused either on our onsite or offsite car parks.
